Cooperational Models

The primary objective of engagement with our customers is granting them true advantages and benefits of outsourced product development. Depending upon the needs of client, their specific requirements and definition of scope projects outsourcing can be done in tree cooperation models:

Offshore Development Center

LONG-TERM COMMITMENT TO ESTABLISH, OPERATE AND MANAGING SOFTWARE ENGINEERING FACILITY FOR THE CLIENT’S ONGOING DEVELOPMENT NEEDS.

This model of cooperation is an extension of the client’s software engineering facility and is popular among customers, who are looking for long-term gains from offshore outsourcing. This model best suits to clients who have ongoing development needs. ODC works as an extension of the client’s team and provides resource flexibility, extensive work, cost and time efficiencies and the ability to adjust to peak loads.

The ODC strategy is usually applied in long-term partnerships with significant and difficult projects. The model is importantly in complex projects, where it is not possible to replace the developer during the project.

The ODC model means fixed monthly cost and no overhead.

Time & Materials

PROJECT IS DELIVERED ON A STANDARD BASIS, PAYMENTS CONDUCTED ACCORDING TO ACTUALLY SPENT HOURS, MORE FLEXIBLE THAN FIXED BUDGET.

Time & Material model becomes an attractive option, when is hard to define scope, specification and implementation plans of a software development project. According to this model Objectmicro assigns a team, including project management, equipment and infrastructure. Software development project requirements tend to evolve during the course of implementation as needed.

This model means that the development effort is paid at the end of every month according to monthly generated time sheet and a pre-negotiated hourly rate.

Fixed Budget

PROJECT IS DELIVERED ON A TIME AND MATERIALS OR FIXED PRICE BASIS.

This strategy is used for projects with clearly defined specifications of software requirements, scopes, deliverables and acceptance criteria of the final result. In this case Objectmicro team can present a not-to-exceed fixed price and fixed time proposal. Price is fixed according to the agreement.

This way Objectmicro delivers cost-effective quality solutions.
